MANAGEMENT TEAM

Jana McFadden

Jana McFadden is the Project Director for REm2. She is charged with ensuring that all REm2 clients who utilize our services and solutions receive an exceptional level of product and service meeting or exceeding their expectations.

Jana has over 20 years of combined experience in program/project implementations; management; sales and marketing activities; and budget and profitability responsibilities and results. In addition, she has conducted and facilitated of a variety of training and marketing courses including beginning, advanced, and major account selling skills; software and hardware product education; team building; sales, marketing and product launch events on both a national and international basis. Her background and experience has given her the ability to build and implement programs and projects resulting in high customer satisfaction with excellent results.

Over the years, Jana has worked in primarily high-tech industries. She has worked with Fortune 500 and other companies such as FieldCentrix, AST Computers, Konica Business Machines, Canon USA and Mobil Oil Corporation. Most recently, during the past five and one-half years, she has served as the Program Director/Director, Client Services for Allegis Group/MarketSource consulting and driving programs within Palm, HP, Circuit City, Microsoft and Nokia.

Jana holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
